TARN CONSULTANCY (TarnCon), previously named as Tegegn Alemayehu Water Supply, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering (TAWSSEE), is an Ethiopianbased independent firm offering a range of development and technical services in civil engineering and related fields with main focus on water resources management and development activities. The company is registered under the appropriate Ethiopian commercial laws and has a license to operate as a consultant in the fields of water resources
management, development, contract administration and construction supervision works. The main objectives of the firm’s establishment are:

  • Providing quality and dependable consultancy services to its clients compatible with the country’s current economic policies that are designed to encourage sustainable development; and
  • Participating in the national capacity building and provide in-house training to deserve young professionals. The services that the firm provides are wide, varied and include notably project formulation, study and design, watershed management, business plan and performance agreement preparation, impact evaluation, construction supervision and commissioning in the field of water engineering focusing on water supply and sanitation, sewerage, irrigation, drainage, infrastructure.
